    Red Square Restaurant

    Red Square prepares continental Russian cuisine. The décor inspires a mood of intrigue with stellar design in rich woods and deep colors. Private, plush red velvet banquettes compliment the dazzling Russian-inspired surroundings.

    Red Square is known for its exclusive private vodka vault of over 200 varieties. The temperature is kept below freezing to ensure that optimum flavor and taste sensations are achieved.

    Guests are given a full Russian army coat or full-length Russian fur while seated at their unique frozen icebar. Sip on one of their numerous varieties of vodka, infusions, martinis or Russian-inspired cocktails. You’ll feel transported to an exhilarating Russian experience.

    They offer four menu types. A full selection Caviar Menu, Dinner Menu, and Pre-Theatre Classic Menu is available. In addition a Tasting Menu offers a six-course meal with a variety of selections in each course.

    Rick Moonen RM Seafood Restaurant

    RM Seafood is lead by Chef, Rick Moonen. They prepare stunning seafood dishes using state-of-the-art seafood preparations.

    SM offers two dining levels. The downstairs is set in contemporary modern design in a casual atmosphere. There is an fresh oyster bar with sushi, and cocktail lounge. The sprawling bar features plasma screens and extensive beer and wine list. The 200 seat restaurant serves shellfish platters.

    The upstairs is designed for elegant dining. The décor is designed to resemble a swank cruise ship. The stunning treatments include beautiful wood floors and walls. The stairway is accented by glass and brushed silver.

    Rum Jungle Restaurant

    Rum Jungle restaurant is exciting and exotic. It is a 20,000 square foot tropical style restaurant that transforms into an exciting nightclub paradise.

    Guests pass through a 22 foot wall of fire, then a cool waterfall, and into a three-tiered dining area. Rum Jungle boasts the largest rum bar at 144 feet long and 19 feet wide.

    The cuisine is prepared on a Brazilian Rodizio-style fire pit and boasts Brazilian, Caribbean and Cuban flavors. They offer a dinner menu and happy hour menu complete with exciting appetizers, margaritas and more.

    You’ll experience preparations made with guava-chipotle barbeque sauce, rum glazes, garlic chili-rubbed beef, jerk spices, sugarcane and cajun specialities to name a few.

    A myriad of meats, fish and fowl are marinated in rums, fruits and tropical spices. Savor the coconut shrimp or Columbian coffee smoked ribs.

    At night two large conga drums immerge, along with DJs, Go Go dancers, and aerialist flying overhead to the beat of the music.

    Rum Jungle is a feast for the senses.

    STRIPSTEAK

    STRIPSTEAK is lead by Chef, Michael Mina. They use high quality ingredients, corn-fed meat, the freshest seafood and seasonal produce to create imaginative interpretations of classic steakhouse favorites.

    STRIPSTEAK has two wood-burning grills, and six slow-poaching chambers to prepare meats of Certified Angus Beef, American Kobe and ‘A5’ Japanese Kobe entrees. Their slow poaching method of preparation provides for optimum flavor and tenderness. The meat is heated for several hours at a low temperature, while mesquite-stoked grills infuse a subtle smokiness.

    The décor is creative and imaginative as is the cuisine. STRIPSTEAK offers a modern alternative to a traditional steakhouse. The barrel chairs, warm wood accents, rich colors and diffused lighting invites a sophisticated atmosphere.

    Trattoria del Lupo

    Trattoria del Lupo is Wolfgang Puck’s first Italian restaurant. It is lead by Chef, Eduardo Perez.

    They feature Italian gourmet cuisine, inspired by Rome and nearby regions of northern Italy. Guests savor imported Italian meats, freshly made pasta, wood-oven baked pizzas, seafood and gourmet entrees.

    The restaurant is open and airy with a glass enclosed area where freshly made pizza is prepared. There is an exhibition pizza area, dessert stations, wine room and indoor patio.

    The high ceilings and tall arched interior design with ironwork accents create the classic look and feel of a traditional trattoria. The décor boasts fresh eye-catching colors and antique furnishings to create a relaxing and inviting atmosphere.

    Trattoria del Lupo restaurant also offers private dining rooms.

    Aureole Restaurant

    Aureole is lead by award winning Chef, Charlie Palmer and is the recipient of many awards including the prestigious Four Diamond Award.

    Aureole features gourmet American style dishes including artisan dry-aged beef, seasonal dishes, and fresh seafood. They offer an expansive wine list from regions around the world, including rare French and American wines.

    Their visual trademark is a glass enclosed four-story wine tower. Wine Angel Stewards ascend within the glass tower to retrieve bottles. Secured by cables, the angels are graceful as they seem to fly up and down the wine tower. The Wine Angel Stewards are an attraction to watch.

    Aureole’s décor is sleek and comfortable. The restaurant’s tall windows lead the eye to the garden view and pond outdoors.

    China Grill Restaurant

    Fleur de Lys Restaurant

    Fleur de Lys restaurant is lead by Chef, Hubert Keller. They prepare contemporary French cuisine with a Mediterranean accent. They offer three, four and five-course dinners, and al la carte options. Dining guests have the flexibility to select from many different appetizers and entrees.

    A 12,000 bottle wine loft and private cellar overlooks the main dining room. A private elevated wine room overlooking the dining area seats eight. Private cabana seating and VIP/celebrity entrance is also available.

    The Fleur de Lys restaurant’s décor is romantic with a floral leaf sculpture of more than 3,000 fresh cut roses, 30 foot walls of cultured stone, embossed wood ceilings, and flowing draperies. Additional cabana type seating along the perimeter allows for secluded dining.

    Within the lounge at Fleur de Lys, live DJ music adds a sexy soulful atmosphere.
